All New Zealand domestic orders are shipped via Fastway couriers or NZ Post. You can track your order easily via the online tracking service supplied in the confirmation email. 
Orders placed over the weekend/public holiday will be processed within 1-2 business days. Processing may take 3 working days at the most. Deliveries take place Wednesday to Saturday. Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot re-direct it.
A signature is required on all deliveries, if you wish to have your parcel left this is at your own risk. If you have specific instructions, please email us at we're happy to response your request.

Please note we do not send orders to P.O Box addresses.  

Any additional taxes, quarantine charges or customs duties that are incurred within the recipient's country are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please contact us so we can follow up with the courier company.
Note: during sale periods delivery times may be longer than time listed above. Orders are subject to availability of stock.

Ownership passes to you when the goods are delivered to your address, as well as risk of damage to the goods.
